In some ways it's sad, I gave my 2014 JKU 10 years and 116k miles of care & feeding, and now it's time to move on. She's for sale.
So put my PCM back in, replaced the M27 and M28 fuses like WranglerFix suggested, still no joy. I can't even get a code off the dash using the turn key method (It's all dashes and then says DONE after several seconds). At this point I can only conclude, with the knowledge that I have, that it's a wire somewhere. Gonna have to set time aside to hunt it down.

Hey guys, I found out why my Jeep wasn't starting and why I wasn't getting power to my ODB.

It was M28. What had happened is when I was replacing the fuse last time when I went all over my TIPM, that one blew when I started my Jeep and didn't realize it. I had a Jeep mechanic over this morning and we went over EVERYTHING which is how I caught it.
I have a couple other things to do to it but oh my god it was sweet music hearing that thing start up after months.
Honestly, no. I've had this Jeep for years and my only electrical mods are LED headlights, a winch, and a shitty touch screen radio. This has never happened before. I'm guessing it was a bad fuse. I've heard of aftermarket head units blowing fuses before but that hasn't happened to me and I don't think it would effect the M28 one.
If it happens again though I'm going to replace the same fuse and see if that fixes it, going to buy a pack of 10 amp spares on my day off.
Between work, a dog with Epilepsy and some other things, I've been very very slowly building my solar charge station on and in the Jeep. So far I have added a half roof rack from Calliert, a Renogy 175w solar panel, Renogy 30w Wanderer charge controller, Renogy BT-1 module and a 1,280wh LiPo lithium battery. I still need to mount and wire in my inverter and on-board main battery tender. Not sure I'll get it all done before our trip this weekend but here's a couple pictures.
Had a few more minutes to work on the Jeep's solar today. I wired in and mounted my USB-A & USB-C charging port in the rear. I also did some more testing on my trickle charger system that backfeeds through the rear 12v port I add in. On Tuesday I tested the Jeep battery and got a reading of 12.01V. Today I tested again and got a reading of 12.28V. This is great news for me because by now my battery would be dead!
Jeeps finally back up and running good after four months. In addition to all the other stuff listed previously, the water and oil pumps were also changed. Flushed all fluids, got my heater working, and swapped my brake lights out with some LEDs that have built in resistors.
Later this weekend I'm going to put in the Mopar factory transmission cooler that's supposedly plug and play, no line cutting.

Not today, but Tuesday. Our daughter rear/ended a car that just slammed on their brakes. The cops said if it wasn’t for the dash cam they would have put her down at fault. Also insurance saw the dash cam video and also said not her fault. She swerved in hopes to avoid it. Shoved the axle back about 3”. Been at the shop since Wednesday and haven’t heard a word.
