Not sure if this is much help (mine was a TIPM problem) but lots of trial and error here:

I'll try that. I got a pack of fuses, just waiting for my PCM to come back from Florida.

Hey guys, I found out why my Jeep wasn't starting and why I wasn't getting power to my ODB.

This little bastard cost me over $1000 in parts.
Which one was the culprit?
but oh my god it was sweet music hearing that thing start up after months.
It was M28. What had happened is when I was replacing the fuse last time when I went all over my TIPM, that one blew when I started my Jeep and didn't realize it. I had a Jeep mechanic over this morning and we went over EVERYTHING which is how I caught it.
I have a couple other things to do to it but oh my god it was sweet music hearing that thing start up after months.
Any idea why it blew in the first place?
Honestly, no. I've had this Jeep for years and my only electrical mods are LED headlights, a winch, and a shitty touch screen radio. This has never happened before. I'm guessing it was a bad fuse. I've heard of aftermarket head units blowing fuses before but that hasn't happened to me and I don't think it would effect the M28 one.
If it happens again though I'm going to replace the same fuse and see if that fixes it, going to buy a pack of 10 amp spares on my day off.
