Every ground cable has been replaced. Frame and engine. I got the Jeep Cables package to do it.
What about the engine to the frame? Or do JK's not have that? Just spit balling here.
Starter cable good and clean and tight?

Yes and yes.
This is the kit so you can see what I replaced. https://www.jeepcables.com/products/jk-big-7-complete-kit-wrangler-07-19?variant=40888032329788
Have you check the starter relay? If so, I'd lay a bet on the ECM.

I took my TIPM out and I'm either going to be setting it on fire in a satanic anti Jeep ritual or mailing it to MAKs.
The latter fixed my problem. Only issue post install was I needed to re input things like ratios and tire sizes.
edit: I did not mail mine back until I had the replacement TIPM. IIRC
My issue was a dead key. No crank, no start. I did all the ground checks, changed every module I could think of that was cheaper than the TIPM, etc.
I'm just going to have mine repaired as opposed to a whole new one. I don't see a point with the extra cost when they say they just put in the updated OEM parts anyway.
I can’t remember exactly what happened but it seemed like it was the same price. Their site is a little confusing but I did call and speak to a knowledgeable guy.
