What did you do to your JK today?

Swapped the alternator for a new one. First time I've paid attention to it being backwards. The hardest part of the swap was the stupid hydraulic belt tensioner.

The factory one lasted 225k miles. I guess it was time.

My belt just started making some noise so I'm going to change it. I've heard the tensioner is a pain but I'm about to experience it for myself!

It is a PITA by yourself. It's doable by yourself (ask me how I know 😉) but would be 1,000x easier with another set of hands to slip the belt off a pulley while you hold it. The longer 1/2" breaker bar you have the better too for more leverage.

It’s certainly doable by yourself. I agree though need a long bar of some sort to get the needed leverage.

Installed a set of Bilstein shocks, easy install with the exception of the passenger front - I did not enjoy that... Overall the job took me 1.5 hours, and it was 105 degrees in my garage which made it a torturous job. The ride is firm, but no more than my former NISMO Frontier which had Bilstein's as well.
Paid $337.00 shipped.
I still have a slight vibration at speed so I think my next stop is to have the tire road-force balanced unless that's just the Jeeps way of asking me to slow down:).

Read @Chris write up on the EGR valve and watched some YouTube videos.

For anyone that has replaced the EGR valve, can you reuse the plastic pins in the inner fender??

The pins on the inner fender liner? Yea, those are reusable as long as you don't break them removing them. I took my inner fenders liners out to put O2 sensors in and didn't replace the plastic clips.
