Honestly, I'm not sure. It's a 4K screen, which I think are mostly LED. It's not particularly heavy, just bulky, and with the packaging I didn't want to try to stuff it in one of the Jeeps.

Had a great weekend in Alabama, was our first time at hawkspride offroad Park. Really enjoyed, we will be going back.

Took Thor out for a jaunt through Seep Springs. It's an area the BLM opened up to 4x4 travel fairly recently. The main trail has zero challenges. There are some short spur trails that require 4-Lo, but nothing anywhere that I would consider a technical obstacle. Spectacular scenery and easy wheeling.

Not all trails have to be technical to be enjoyable IMHO.
Your in Colorado, do you ever go up to Blackbear or
Red Cone Pass ? Seen videos on those and looking amazing!

Not recently, but we have, yes. We've run Independence Trail, Carnage Canyon, Area 51, Minesweeper... The really nasty ones were all done in my YJ.

Decided the reviews weren't kidding when they said a long wheelbase was a Bad Idea, so I turned around. Ended up running it in this instead:


"Can we survive" isn't what attracts us to trails these days. We've been there, done that. Most of what we run today is moderate or easy; we're in it for the scenery.

Yes, the switch backs going down are very sharp . Be tough doing in a full size PU.
From what I’ve seen on videos . I’m jealous you live so close to sone epic trails .
Have you seen the video of the Jeep cart wheeling down the side that has all the switch backs ? A guy caught it by fluke on his dash can . Holy Duck .
Thankfully driver was out of Jeep when it went over the side . Passenger and two dogs were ejected early on so they survived thankfully .

Cause yeah, when you watch the video it’s tumbling down at pretty good clip .

I've seen a video of a group who recently ran it in an Excursion. I don't know if the trail has gotten wider over time or what, but I was NOT doing it.

It's wonderful, but honestly there are epic trails everywhere.

I think everyone with a Jeep has seen that by now. LOL Nasty crash, could have been much much worse.

Well, toss me on the new RC seat covers list too. $119 was way cheaper than their normal cost. Won’t see them till late June, but I can wait. Thanks. I was looking at them last week at $200. Looked at the Diver Down covers too. Both are quality items.

True. You may have noticed that a number of people commented on his habit of SHOUTING ALL THE TIME IN EVERY POST. Because shouting at people is rude. I disliked those. I like the purple jeep, but I disliked the (since deleted) SHOUTED INSULTING POLITICAL TEXT that was initially a part of the post. He did make a few posts in which he refrained from shouting. I don't believe I disliked any of those.

But seriously, if it makes you happy to dislike my posts, feel free. Doesn't fash me at all.
