Personally the first thing I would check would be the battery. Low voltage can cause absolute havoc on the computer and throw random codes as you are seeing. If you are unable to test it yourself, get it to an auto store. If that's not an option grab a known good battery and try to hook it up...

If you are able to reset with the ignition I would go @BLACKJKU 's route. Check the electrical, small steps. Check conductivity, swap relays, run direct power. If the fan never triggers due to heat (but does run) I would suspect a bad temp sensor.
