offset

Question: will 285/75r17 with a 5.2" backspaced wheel fit on a stock 2009 JK (X model)? I'm going to be doing a 2.5" AEV lift in January, but need to take delivery of my wheels and tires at the end of December, so rather than have the tires/wheels laying around, I figured I'd get them...

I got a -44 offset wheel and it gives me a 5-6” gap between the tire and rear door, which i am not a fan of. I already have an HD Oversized Tire Carrier which adapts to the oem tire carrier. Anybody know of a different adaptable mount i can use that’ll bring my spare tire closer to the rear door...

Can I put these rims tires on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler: Rims -- 16x8 -- Negative 12 offset -- Backspace 4 -- Tires -- 285/75r16 How far out is that -12 offset going to take me?
