    Genright vs PS aluminum fenders

Looking for some input, experience and advice on upgrading to aluminum fenders. I like the genright and poison spider style. probably genright is a better quality product ? but I like that PS offer an extra wide that will give me better coverage. 37” Baja bosses throw mud everywhere. is extra...

    Diagnosing steering issues

I ran the Rubicon and my steering felt weird after Big Sluice, like the lockers were still engaged. Also on the way home there is more play than usual in the steering and sometimes it would feel sticky or notchy. Here is some video I took. On a local Jeep club FB page I’m getting answers from...

    Radiator woes

I don’t think the second radiator was Mopar. It failed in my first month of ownership and my local mechanic replaced it for me. I couldn’t find any Mopar branding on it. The unit I just put in was Mopar. my research suggest the systemic failure of JK radiators is related to block casting sand...

    Metalcloak HD steering

MC drag link and checked after 500 miles but frankly I’m worried about quality from this shop. They also overfilled my front diff and I went back twice. I never checked the greased joints.

    Metalcloak HD steering

I had a local shop install the MC steering in October when they installed the Ultimate D44 front axle and immediately started getting just occasional death wobble around 40mph. I went to 37’s in January and the last few weeks the death wobble is getting worse. Today I inspected the MC drag...

Added some bling to my rear diff

Riddler. They make the poison spider cover also, they are exactly the same but this one doesn’t have the obnoxious spider 😂

Is this a Rubicon Rock-Trac 4:1 transfer case?

With help on another forum I was able to identify this is a genuine 4:1 Rubicon case. Thought I would post this link for reference. https://www.moparpartsgiant.com/parts/mopar-case-np241~52123503ab.html

Adding switches to factory dash panel

Those switches are fixed on a printed circuit board (PCB) with a fixed number of pins (4) coming out of the back. To add your e-lockers you would need to purchase the Rubicon switch block with the different PCB and extra pins. I don’t know if the dealer will sell that separately to the console...

Is this a Rubicon Rock-Trac 4:1 transfer case?

I’ve been googling like crazy and seeing different tags. This doesn’t have the 241OR designation but it states MP241 4.0 Which I believe is the newer tag after they switched factories? It’s supposed to be from a 2017 JK automatic transmission and I want to put it in my 2015 JK automatic. I...

How to install a Rubicon transfer case in a 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK Sport

Thanks for sharing this. Was this for a manual transmission tcase and does anyone know if it’s such a simple straight swap for the automatic transmission?
