Are you running around 2800 rpm @ 70 mph? If so, you are in overdrive according to the charts.

I don't have anything negative to say about my CavFab tire carrier. It doesn't make any noise and holds my 37" tire with beadlock wheels without sagging up to this point. So far, so good.

I agree. They should be installed with the body mount bolts.
