I checked and re-torqued the wheel lug nuts after my '16 Rubicon returned from the tire shop. Once again the tire tech went nuts with the impact gun and over-tightened the lug nuts. Not an exciting or fun thing, but necessary.

The male and female connectors stay together as a friction fit, and I suppose I could do trail fix with electrical tape. They are pretty small, but perhaps a small zip tie could work. But for the long haul it will need to get replaced.

Thanks for the info. My primary complaint with the stock unit is getting my meathooks into the tiny area to unfasten and refasten the retaining clips. I'm not so concerned with airflow, though a noble goal, as with ease of removal.

I'm looking to upgrade the air cleaner on my '12 and '16 Wranglers, but haven't found any threads on the website. What has been your experience with various models of aftermarket air cleaners? I don't want to spend a ton of money to find out something is lousy.

I didn't know you could take these motors apart. I figured they were permanently pressed together at the factory. Any thoughts on where to source replacement bearings?
