So I decided to check the spark plug on the #1 cylinder of my '16 Wrangler Rubicon to see if the previous owner changed the plugs sometime in the last 145,000 miles. As I was trying to remove the connector wire from the coil pack, ever so gently, I heard the unmistakable crack as I broke the little tab holding the wire to the coil pack. I traced the wire to the loom and it gets lost as it enters a large connector. Can just the wire on cylinder #1 be replaced? Or do I now need to replace all six wires as a set?

Couldn't you take a nylon tie strap and put around it to hold the connector together? I've done it on some small connectors.

The male and female connectors stay together as a friction fit, and I suppose I could do trail fix with electrical tape. They are pretty small, but perhaps a small zip tie could work. But for the long haul it will need to get replaced.
