Where is the grommet that goes inside the Jeep outside?

There is one on the passenger side under the battery, I was able to sneak a wire or 2 through there. Comes into the Jeep behind the glovebox.

Okay I’ll look for that. I’m trying to get my cb wired in lol that is the last part to do.

There is a grommet on the drivers side, below the brake booster.
If you remove the side dash panel, you will see a foam-filled passage. This is the passenger side, but it's on both sides. If you stick a rod or some such through this, it comes out right at the top of your battery. I find it a lot more accessible.

Okay that works better. More accessible

I poked a hole in the foam to the right of the battery. It leads to the dash, remove the side dash panel and you can access if from there. Easy to do.
