Left turn signal blinks at normal speed then goes 2x speed

So I'm having a weird issue with my left turn signal where after I start the vehicle, it blinks at normal speed for about 8-9 blinks and then doubles in speed. It started happening after an offroading trip in March and went away after a couple months when I hit a bump on the highway. It has now come back out of nowhere. I also have LED taillights in the rear and have checked the resistors for both the front and rear lights and they seem to be good. I've attached a link to a video below. Could be a bad ground. Might have a short in wire. Is the LED an entire assembly or just a bulb replacement? JK’s don’t care for LED bulb replacements, the voltage is too low.
