2014 Warning Lights and Dead Battery/Won't Start

yes. Lights come on. Door chimes. Everything seems normal but it just clicks once and won’t start.

That could be an unrelated problem, like a bad starter, bad connection between the starter and the battery, or a failing Bendix.

I just went on Amazon and bought the icar pro BLE 4.0. It will be delivered Sunday. I guess we will see what the codes read…

You will have to get the JSCAN app for your phone or iPad.
The app is free but there is a one time liscencing charge per VIN.
The guys can confirm US price . Think I paid $39 CDN.
Well worth it .

Yeah seems like OP has more than just one electrical issue going on .
I'm now kinda wondering about the head unit install.
If it was a plug & play or if they had to do some new wiring
during install . Cause if that's the case . The Jeep is pretty sensitive
to all things electrical and if something wasn't grounded upon install .
One thing at a time though. Will see how's he makes out with
battery, starter and cloxkspring .
