Replaced the radiator, fan, thermostat, temp sensor, relay, J19 fuse and the fan worked. Then got into jeep to drive and drove at 60 mph with heat on and stayed within acceptable temperature ranges.
Stopped for about 15 minutes then started driving and it started to overheat and radiator fan won’t turn on and is overheating again.
Fan works when jumped from battery.
Noticed the female part on the relay on drivers side is boogered up a bit and has melted a bit sometime in the past.

Need as much help as I can get on this one to find the gremlins.

If you see heat damaged connectors, that’s where I would start looking for the problem.
