fan not working

2011 JK Replaced the radiator, fan, thermostat, temp sensor, relay, J19 fuse and the fan worked. Then got into jeep to drive and drove at 60 mph with heat on and stayed within acceptable temperature ranges. Stopped for about 15 minutes then started driving and it started to overheat and radiator...
