Lost a chunk from my base, guessing do to salt the last 14yrs. Ordered a pair from Amazon 81222. Noticed on invoice it says Sport with A/C. I do not have A/C. Looking underneath ???, is it going to make any difference. Are they just rated for the extra weight?

Curious, did a search. Has anybody had to replace their TIPM with a remanufactured. Last summer my horn started going ballistic in the middle of a hot humid night while parked. I have since disconnected it. Have a base sport no bells and whistles. Have had no other issues.
