I wouldn't suggest going any lager than a 31" tire without a lift. Anything more than that and it's not only going to look stupid, it's also going to hinder performance in a variety of ways.

The only difference I am aware of are the 2-door versus 4-door seats which are not interchangeable. Other than that they'll fit. The airbag connectors won't match up though.
