Is this what you all are referring too? If so how does the tire attach? How does it attach to the Jeep? Been looking around for a carrier for my daughter’s JK. They are asking $100 for it.

The wife has a Smittybilt tire carrier bumper that has worked well. It was pricey though. I think it holds up to a 38” tire.

I second the 2.5” AEV lift. It is complete and a great ride. We have it on two JKU and one JK. She has 33” on it. I have a Rubicon, it still has 32” on it. Mine has a before and after picture. We netted around 2.75”-3”

I am not sure on pricing, but it my opinion it is worth it for the right price. Get the 44 upfront and lockers. I have 4.10 on my JKU and plan on putting 35’s on. I think they will do fine for my use. I may be wrong but I think having the 6sp manual has some benefits. Easy enough to change...

I’m not sure but my wife’s Sahara had silver trim on the center sections. Other than that it is the same bumper as what our other two JK’s had. If there is some other difference I am 95% sure the mounting is all the same.

I wouldn’t use that. I may have an extra laying around. But may not be worth it based on shipping cost.

Check the service manual it will tell you what needs to be done. Off the top of my head I believe spark plugs, coolant flush and I think most fluids need to be changed. While changing the spark plugs I recommend changing the coil packs too, and use OEM for them (well that’s my opinion).

I don’t use it much, but doesn’t the knob for the headlights / driving lights have an option to turn the interior lights on? If so have you checked that it didn’t get moved / bumped to the on position?

The front seats in my son’s 2007 Sahara JKU need to be replaced, they don’t slide nor does the back adjust. Does anyone know if the seats are the same from 2007 through 2018 for JKU’s? I am looking for replacements and need to know if I need to limit my search to specific years. I believe...

How long ago was that? Disconnecting the battery for certain length of time will cause the CEL to turn off. But then usually within enough time the CEL will come back on.

Looks good to me. I assume you will cut the back so the rear window will open? Does it interfere with the tailgate opening?
