    Thoughts about Gladiator towing capacity

This year we bought an A-Frame pop up trailer to tow behind the JK or LJR. Recently been toying with the idea of getting an older truck to tow it instead. Nether the JK or LJR has a ton of power, one reason @Dirty Dog got the 392. No desire to get a Gladiator, one that isn’t an older truck...

    Rancho RS5000x Dilemma

I am thinking the same as @RubiRecon the washers and bushing looks off. What air pressure are you using? For 35” might want to try around 30psi.

B1B02 is this due to clockspring?

The airbag recalls were done already. So I am hoping that is not the issue. I am probably going just going to move forward a replace the clockspring. Probably will go the OEM, but the cost differences are a fair amount compared to aftermarket.

B1B02 is this due to clockspring?

Does anyone know if code B1B02 indicates a bad clockspring? All the code description states is “driver open circuit”. I know there is an extended warranty on the clockspring. Problem is I made an appointment at the dealer to have it looked at. My wife takes it in the next thing I know she...

It has been a while but I think on my YJ the starter only had holes the bolts went through. Then treaded to the engine block.

What did you do to your JK today?

Put on new battery clamps. Process went smooth overall, just a little time consuming and didn’t want screw up the main electrical connections. I don’t care for the Allen head bolt, had to cut down a wrench to fit. Then threw it in the Jeep console in case need it away from home. Oh the new...

    Replacing Battery Terminals

I’m doing this now, did you take the two cables and put them to one connector like stock, or connect independently? Looks like the positive was independent of each other. I have two neg and two positive large cables. Do you know what gauge they are? Or did you just fine one that worked? Thanks.

    Replacing Battery Terminals

Thanks for the info. I had a similar setup on my YJ. Sometimes just seems to be so many items connected at one location they get in the way of each other. Right now I have one those brass bar extenders to connect stuff to.

Thank for the info. I am going to give the other shot. Have lights, winch etc. etc. so the extra connection points will be nice provided they work well.

    Replacing Battery Terminals

Looks like time to upgrade the wife’s clamps. Did you get the A12 or the A20? Was there enough cable to install new connectors after cutting the old ones? What size was needed and were you able to simply clamp them on?

Recommended product to restore black trim and fender flares

Thanks, I like those. I removed the OEM ends, but didn’t like the look so put them back on. Now they both are bent, dented etc. from rocks. Looking for a way to close off the ends.
