    C2101 & C2103 codes

Any help would be great. I have a 2014 JKU and was driving this evening when all the sudden, I had an audible tone (like low fuel), my speedo went to 0 and slowly went back to the speed I was going and my traction control light came on. About 5 minutes later, it did it again. I noticed just a...

    Security without doors

Sorry, I need to update my post. Im looking more for how to prevent them actually stealing my Jeep. I never leave valuables in there, so leaving it unlocked isn't an issue.

    Security without doors

Agreed, I leave everything unlocked because I'd rather clean up a mess than replace a broken console. I'm more looking at how to protect the Jeep from being stolen. I have a manual, so that should deter millennials lol.

    Security without doors

*update- I'm looking specifically on how to prevent my Jeep from being stolen. Ideas on a kill switch or something to prevent it from being stolen. It's almost topless time, in the south at least. Im curious (and couldn't find previous posts) on how y'all keep your Jeeps secure without the top...

    Best grease for tire carrier

I should add that there's no zerk fitting. The carrier will have a sealed cap once installed.

    Best grease for tire carrier

Im going to install a rear bumper with a tire carrier this weekend. My question is, what is your recommendation for the best grease to use for the bearings for the tire carrier?

    PlastiDip anybody ever use it?

No, the only prep I did was use something like simple green to clean it and remove any grease or oil.

    Who makes this bumper?

Maybe not the same bumper but it looks like the same logo.

    Who makes this bumper?

Is it a Paramount Automotive bumper? I think their logo changed now.

    PlastiDip anybody ever use it?

It sticks but easily peels. So when I sprayed my grill, if I got tired of it, I could have peeled it off. For the wheels, I'd remove them just so nothing from the "paint" gets in between the pads and rotor. May not hurt, but I'd be cautious with that.

    PlastiDip anybody ever use it?

If there's over spray, it peels right off. The JKs are easier to spray the grills than the TJs too because you can remove the JK grills easily. Not sure about wheels because I wouldn't want it on my brakes.

    PlastiDip anybody ever use it?

I plasti-dipped my grill on my old TJ. It was super easy and never peeled. I probably had it on for a year and a half before I sold it. I never ran it through auto-car washes though because i was afraid it wouldn't hold up to it. Held up fine for hand washes though. I just put newspaper behind...

How to pick correct wheels / tires?

Not unless you're going to trim your fender flares or something.

How to pick correct wheels / tires?

I can't remember the offset or anything, but here is a 4 inch lift with 18" wheels and 35" tires for reference. I would not go any less than 3" lift if you're planning on going with 35" tires.

HD tie rods and drag link

I've been debating on upgrading my tie rods and drag link as well. What are your thoughts on the steering stabilizer and clamp they are offering with this kit?
