First thing I would do is understand why the wheel stud broke. Looking at the uneven wear patterns on the face of the spacer there was a clear loss of clamp load which caused the wheel to move relative to the spacer. Were lug nut torques not checked or is there a quality issue with the spacer?

Nice! Wheelbase definitely has a large impact on ride. Sounds like the 8sp is a nice addition on the JL/JT. So are you getting rid of the JK or keeping both? Congrats!

Agree. Plug it and run it. If it's in the tread block and vertical it should be repairable. FYI - Most tire shops will repair for free.

I don't think I have ever left my vehicle running while filling up in all my years of driving. With modern vehicles it's a no brainer, imo, with the EVAP monitor, which will accumulate leak events over time.

My 2dr came with only a hardtop. I looked into a soft top as they can found used around here for not a lot of money. It's not a super quick operation to get to a "top down" configuration in my opinion. Not difficult, but far from instant. I opted to just pop off the freedom panels and roll...
