3.73 gears ration with, 35s, 3.8 and automatic transmission: Anyone have this build?

My build sheet said I had 3.73 gears but when I jacked it up and actually checked the tire vs driveshaft rotation I had 3.21. I had 35's so I went to 4.56 gears.

I agree with Chris, if you start turning wrenches you could void any warranty

Trying to make decision on tire size for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

I went with the Yukon Limited Slip differentials. I like them but I was warned that I could cause the front to pull just a little to the right. It does but it's barely noticeable.

Trying to make decision on tire size for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

I have 35's on my jk Nad it was a dog with factory gears. I went up to 4.56 gears and changed the differential to a limited slip. I don't off road enough to justify the cost of lockers.

    2 way radios

So far I like them, I haven't given them a good test of their range yet. They work good around my property. I would say so far up to a quarter mile they are great. Haven't tested beyond that.

    Selling my Wrangler

Looks like I may be selling my baby. I'm wanting something with better towing capacity. I've decided on the Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 5.7 Hemi. With the factory tow package it gives a 7200 lb towing capacity. My Wrangler is a 2015 4dr with 74000 miles. Has a few extras. I still owe...

Grinding sound from a stop and then turning

After a lifetime of troubleshooting various types of machinery, I learned to check the fuse first. That means to start with the quick and simple possibilities first. Too many mechanics want to rebuild your engine when the problem was a dirty air filter.

J-Scan tire change broke speedometer and threw lots of codes

I would be willing to bet that the spare tire would be about 35 inches. It's not being compressed by the weight of the vehicle. The previous owner had it set to 35 and the speedo and shift points were out of wack. You need to measure the tires on the ground and not the spare.
