yeah shoot. Ive swapped out T&F coolers 15 years ago if not more so they been around a long time for sure. I hate those shove it thru the radiator things as well. Hopefully your on to better things with that cooler setup. I gotta say I dont have a JK but have friends/family who do and have been...

Transmission cooler upgrade and problem solved

Nice job. Gotta say Im shocked anybody still uses a tube and fin cooler as a OEM install. Maybe for a PS fluid cooler, but not the trans.

    Loose steering wandering

lay under it and have somebody turn the st wheel side to side a bit and watch each component for slop is always a good start. Trac bar, tie rods, drag link, steering box. Like the rest of us, you just bought what is likely the most abused vehicle on the road modded by somebody who may have been...

    Steering refresh

Depends on usage I think. Use it harder and upgrade. Put around on easy dirt roads Id go OEM type replacement. Oh wait......I just realized its you. I have some 2" OD 1/2 wall pipe I can send you and some Peterbilt tie rod ends you can weld together. :p

The battle against the dreaded P0300

A crap shoot for you, and Im not even sure the JK is included in this issue. The problems were tracked back to defective pins in multi wire connectors. Just a thought as I know firsthand how frustrating these issues can be.

Rough Country drive shaft (u-joint style)

I cant speak for your modded jeep, however before throwing parts and money at it learn about drive shaft angle needs. Rotating the diff to make a DS fit is ass backwards. Being its who you bought your parts, as well as the others who have the same problem and them telling you you need to add...

    Rotational noise

#1. read your contract and see if you signed you life away. #2 Go to another mechanic and ask them to diagnose if your not mechanically inclined. People wonder why consumers despise dealers. Utter thieves who would up sell you a muffler bearing service it they could.

    What's leaking in this photo?

You know your jeep best and if it dont feel right then you have valid concerns. Do these shops drive it to see what your describing? Far as Death wobble, it applies to pretty much all jeeps from 97 on, although Im not aware of any jeep lawsuits on the YJ, TJ vehicles. Ive had well over a dozen...

    What's leaking in this photo?

No, there are multiple law suits against jeep for folks with new rigs having issues with DW. Same goes for Ford trucks since they went to a similar front end suspension. Not as common, but none the less. Typically D/W hits at speeds above say 25mph at least. You would know if thats what your...

    What's leaking in this photo?

I feel for you in your situation. The weeping pinion seal on your jeep is no big deal. Is it a sign of further leaks, probably and possible a bad pinion bearing. Id say 99% of us hook the winch leads straight to the battery. Why Wallace martells gang could not accomplish the install of a new...

    Synthetic oil

Syn's are said to flow better on starts, especially in cold weather. Id like to hear the theory on the dino is better. That being said, pretty straight forward, keep it changed and use good oil and you cant go wrong. Check out PQIA for oil additive packs and tests if your bored.

    Winch and overheating question

The dealer did remove the front bumper winch combo with no change. Their final diagnosis is replacing the heads for $6500. They dont have it back yet so we'll see if that fixes the problem.
