Rotational noise

Hello,
I took my jeep into a dealer for a prepaid oil change today and they tried to sell me on a lot of services they provide and said I’m contractually obligated to do so. Anyway I didn’t do any and when I picked up the car it made a new noise that increases with speed but stays about the same at 40 kmh and above but doesn’t fully go away until stop. Below I will attach a video of the noise.

#1. read your contract and see if you signed you life away. #2 Go to another mechanic and ask them to diagnose if your not mechanically inclined. People wonder why consumers despise dealers. Utter thieves who would up sell you a muffler bearing service it they could.

Get it into a shop now. That sounds like a ball joint almost gone or a u-joint.
