      My hood has vents in the top on each side of the center.

      It's very possible that whoever did the work overfilled it, drain some out then drive it for a few miles and recheck.

      I have tried both, but the manual says to do so in park so that is what I have done the most recent 3 or 4 checks

      Are you checking the fluid when it's in Park or Neutral? I don't own a Jeep with a Auto so I don't know if they get checked in Neutral...

      I just reread your post and saw you said you didn’t have cabin heat. That’s an indicator of air in your cooling system.

      If you mix different types of coolant together they will cause the coolant to get thick and not flow like it's supposed to.

      A misfire isn’t always caused by the ignition system. The codes suggest it’s most likely an injector issue….probably a connector or...

      The P0202 says #2 cylinders injector so probably a bad connection or wire. The P0302 says a injector, spark plug on #2 cylinder.

      I’d take a look at the Cylinder 2 injector and plug before anything based on those particular codes. What did they do with this tuneup...

      Could be the rear u-joints. Have someone listen at the rear when it is put into reverse.
