Would a set of rear adjustable control arms allow you to relocate (push back) the rear axle?

So your wanting to center the rear wheel back in the wheel opening? The adjustable arms will let you set your pinion angle and move the axle some, just get a set for the size of your lift.

Ok two questions:
A) You would need both upper and lower I would assume and
2) How far would it let you move it back before you would need a longer drive shaft?

Yes on upper and lower, and depends on how high of a lift on needing a new driveshaft on the rear. Also you'll probably need a new driveshaft on the front if the rear needs one.
