Will a small lift affect my towing capacity?

According to this a 33" tire will only be 1" taller then you have now, so you don't need a lift just for the tires.

Yup, what you have is basically a 32” tire. Should be good with 33”.

One thing to keep in mind, with 33” the tires may rub the anti-sway bar at a hard right / left turn. It will depend on the width of the tire as it looks like you have the stock rims. My wife has 33” and the vertical is fine, but I had to add washers to the limit bolt to have it stop rubbing on sharp turns. Easy cheap fix.
