Where is the rear power port wiring be located?

Not quite.
The power for the sub is on the passenger side - whether equipped with a factory sub or not this power and ground wire appears to be present.
The wiring for the rear window & wiper are on the left (driver) side of the vehicle. I have not looked in a soft top-only model to see if this is a standard harness (regardless of options).

Yes the rear wiper wiring & washer fluid hose is on the driver side. Can confirm that 100 percent .
As when I picked up my Jeep. None of it was connected . Found it under carpet in the rear, along the sill at the back .
Have a feeling PO didn't know about it .
Next weekend going to dig around passenger side rear . I've got a sub so will see if power point wiring is there as well.

Mines not there. I found a defrost/rear wiper harness, a stalk and a HVAC control panel on eBay for $260...but it says 14-18 and not 12.

You have a 4 door with a sub?
It was the passenger side that you checked ?

For 12yrs I could not figure out why I had a M7 fuse in my TIPM. Pull it out nothing, put it in nothing. I am going to do some carpet lifting rear Steerboard side and see what I find.
