My 2010 wrangler JKU gets hot sometimes as the radiator fan does not come on. You can turn the ignition off and back on and the fan comes on. I have been looking for loose or broken wires and can't find anything. Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure there's a relay for it and also the temp sender tells it when to come on. Bad grounds can cause electrical problems.

If you are able to reset with the ignition I would go @BLACKJKU 's route. Check the electrical, small steps. Check conductivity, swap relays, run direct power. If the fan never triggers due to heat (but does run) I would suspect a bad temp sensor.
