Ive got a 2012 JK and the check engine light came on. Throwing P0522 code. Took it to a mechanic that hooked it up to the computer to verify thats what it is. Just changed the oil 2 weeks ago, so I know it has plenty of oil. Mechanic even checked it. Jeep is running fine, no noises from the engine, ect. Mechanic said its not hurting anything driving it since it has plenty of oil in it. Is this correct? And how long can you actually drive it with the sensor bad. I cant get it in to the mechanic shop for a couple of weeks. Will it be ok til then? Thanks in advance for any answers.
