Motor mount heat shield

Motor mount drivers side heat shield on my 07 Rubi disintegrated and fell out yesterday. Got a new one on the way. Anyone replaced one of those before or possibly removed one before while doing a motor mount replacement on the drivers side? My question is will it be easier to get at from the wheel well or is it accessible from underneath? Crappy weather here at the moment so I haven’t been able the check it out yet. Thanx in advance

Guess I’ll answer my own question. It is accessible from the top with a couple of extensions and a 10mm swivel socket. Thank me very kindly

Did you have to make an extra run to the parts store to buy another 10mm socket?

Nope. Like you I’d say, I keep at least 5 on hand at all times

Besides the three socket sets I have an entire 10 piece assortment of 10mm sockets. Not sure how well they will last, they were free with some HF promotion they had.
