Lift Kit- did I get bamboozled?

I was quoted a Rock Krawler 07-18 Wrangler JKU 4Dr 2.5" Adventure -B51 and a Rock Krawler Bump Stop Front/Rear kit (1"-4"). I have a 2017 JKU Rubicon HR. I got it back and it looks really high and the steering seems to be much looser than before. I'm having to make way more left and right corrections than before. It looks much more than 2.5" higher.
The front springs are etched 08 0824 with a sticker labeled RK02001. The measurement from the top of the spring to the bottom is 15.5".
The Bilstein shocks are labeled 24-186995 B8 5100. On the front the measurement is 24.25" from the bottom of the shock mount to the center of the bottom bolt.
The rear springs are etched RK02002.
Other pieces are labeled JKS and J-Link
Then, after the kit was installed, they showed me seized fittings on the Tie Rod and Drak Link and they installed Currie CURRECTLYNC steering system, which looks like the joints are really crooked.
I'm wondering if the place just pieced together a lift kit from parts they had laying around. Any input would be appreciated. I want to make sure I know what I'm talking about if I need to go back and address this.....or does this look normal?
2 more measurements to add- the center of wheel hub to inner lip of fenders are about 26" in front and 25" in back.

Did they make sure the axles are centered under the Jeep, you need adjustable track bars front and rear for the axles to be centered?

According to this those are 4.5" lift springs, those have to have adjustable control arms front and rear.

I didn't ask that specifically, but there is a new front JKS adjustable track bar on the front. There's a new Readylift Bolt on Track bracket on the rear- pics attached

I don't see how that bolt on bracket will center the rear axle.

It's really east to check to see if the axles are centered just make sure the front wheels are straight and get a 4' level or a 2x4 and put it against the tire so that it 's against the top and bottom of the tires. Then see how much distance the board or level is away from the side of the fenders. It should be the same distance away on each side from the sides of the fenders.

That’s way higher than 2.5 inches. 4-4.5 looks about right.

Even a 2.5 inch lift should have adjustable lower control arms although you can get by without them. A 4 inch lift will NEED new lower control arms….and possibly new uppers too.

Take that back to wherever you got it done and tell them that’s not what you paid for.

yeah depends what you paid and what kit. some of those cheap amazon ones are garbage, gonna ride like crap and start clunking after like 6 months. what brand did you go with?

if it's a sketchy coilover setup i'd just return it honestly. not worth dealing with bad handling or blowing out joints. my hemi's on a solid setup and it made a huge difference. got mine off yittzyoffroad actually and they had decent pricing.

how much lift we talking and what's it feel like so far?
