All joking aside, what is up with people hating on Jeeps so damn much??? I had a run in at the gym last night with a couple individuals I know and when they figured out I traded my truck for a Jeep and it’s my daily driver they went OFF on tangents! Lmfao literally telling me it’s going to break down on me at any moment and I better make sure I have a warranty… all kinds of stuff! I’m like what the hell?!? What’s up with that??

They absolutely drive Taco’s!
I looked at one prior to getting the Jeep. I hated how it drove.
And I also had a Taco in my late teens, early 20’s. That thing had more issues… including a tranny replacement . The only vehicles I have had with zero issues and were amazing was my HD Chevy… my Charger, and this Jeep is doing amazing so far…
I have grown to love this thing .

The only thing I have had to do so far, is replace the windshield . We had a random insane hail storm and it was destroyed. The windshield guy said Jeeps have paper thin windshield and to just be mindful.
But it has been driven to Sedona and back so much and has been driving great so there’s that

And maybe this is childish… BUT if I’m going to drive a truck… I don’t want a baby truck lol. If I’m going to drive a truck it’s going to be a big ole’ Chevy… if not, I feel like a bitchin’ Jeep will make the cut… I’m a country girl and always will be! Chevy’s and Jeeps. No taco‘s .

Litebrite Utube channel mentioned they replaced windshield with one made of Gorilla Glass so really durable . Haven’t had any issues with it so far .
Have to replace mine soon so was going to look at that option if available .

As far as any Haters go.
They can get bent as far as I’m concerned . Your driving one of the best off road vehicle ever made . So pay no attn to those people . Yours looks great!

Thank you I would love to put a rear bumper and fenders that match the front bumper in time and get smaller wheels/different tires, but I have to put some money aside for all that. Accessories are expensive!

Thank you I would love to put a rear bumper and fenders that match the front bumper in time and get smaller wheels/different tires, but I have to put some money aside for all that. Accessories are expensive!

Yeah , it can get expensive modifying your ride.
If I can make a suggestion I purchesed this Smittybilt
XRC Gen 1 rear bumper and really like it . Looks awesome ,
built extremely well, mounted just as it should with no hassels.
Weighs about 75lbs so had some help mounting it.
Really happy with it. It's angled up at bottom as well
so helps with departure angle . Has a hitch built in , load
bearing 2 . It's beefy but yet not to in your face.
Side benefit , people don't tailgate me or pull up to close
at a red light.
Just checked,it's available at Quadratec . $340 USD
For whatever reason, the pics look kinda grey . It's a
textured black finish.
Rims . Check out Fuel. They make some awesome rims.
Currently using Fuel rim but switching to the Fuel Vapour
in the fall. 17x9 with 4.5 " backspacing
Tires are easy. BF Goodrich K02 are the real deal.

I bought my Jeep used and it had a stone crack the size of a quarter. Instead of replacing it with Safelite for about $400 I did their strengthening and repair for $180 with tax. Seems to be holding up and passed MA inspection (garage owner was a Jeep guy - just sayin’). I will check out the Gorilla Glass option once the windshield is done for good. Thanks for mentioning it.

Hater here. Of the JK's that is. Because mine is always being "repaired".

EDIT: welcome aboard, though. It's still the most fun vehicle Ive owned. And It's my 3rd Wrangler.
