Just take the nuts off the bolts and then pull the bolts out, remove the bent up stabilizer and throw in the trash.

No idea how it will change the way it was driving that's why I suggested to drive it and see.

I have driven without a steering stabilizer for months. You will be fine once you remove it.

Pick up a new one e they are not that expensive. Even if you got a basic stock stabilizer

Now I got bigger issues, ignition is fried.

Definitely don't get some super fancy stabilizer, just a basic one is fine.
