2016 jeep wrangler unlimited, 3.6, auto trans, 135,000 miles. When first start up, going from first to 2nd, it starts surging then jumps into 3rd. But after about 30 minutes of driving and get warm, its fine. Changed plugs,coils, injectors, lower and upper intake gaskets, pcv, maf, throttle body, and crankshaft position sensor. I did all of the relearn. Im stumped. My thought was maybe a vacuum leak, but checked all lines but thinking maybe trans filter and fluid change. Looks a little dark. Just bought it 4 months ago. Any help would be appreciated.

My first thought based on your description was trans related, not engine related. I would replace the trans fluid and see if that helps.
Yes. Fluid is the right level, just a little dark. Going to change it next day off and try that. Thanks
OK. Remember when you go to check the fluid, your Jeep should be level, the motor should be at normal operating temp, engine running, foot on brake, run shifter slowly from P - D & D - P, then check your dip stick.
