Maybe a dumb question, but do exterior parts move / rotate on electrical sway bar motor? I ask as I installed the JCR off-road winch plate (and winch) yesterday and the plate sits right up against the rubber hanger bracket. I actually trimmed the rubber support slightly. Best I could tell that is all stationary and only for support of the motor assembly.
