Does the engine wiring harness have a fusible link?

Is the power to the throttle pedal or throttle position sensor fused? Trying to find the cause of low voltage input.

Did you actually take the connections apart and look to see if there is any corrosion on the pins. From everything i've read it has to do with a poor connection.

I have checked all known connections, still have the same problem. What are the long shots?

As it turns out, the dealership sold me a
bad throttle position sensor.

Thanks for updating us, I thought the throttle position sensor was in the Throttle Body and was sold as a unit.

It is. Comes as one unit. Had wire harness tested, and that was the result. After replacement again it works.

I have a new question. What exactly does the P0523 circuit high input for oil pressure sensor mean. I have replaced the sensor and checked the connection.
