Does 11 MPG seem right?

Does anybody know around what gas millage I should be getting with 35-inch tires and a 3.5-inch lift, with the 3.8 engine? Just curious

You'll get worse MPG's with those tires then a tall skinny tire or a stock tire. I have stock tires and a manual trans with the 3.8 engine and according to my dash MPG's I get around 17 for mostly stop and go highway and city mix. You'll probably see around 15 MPG's, there are alot of different factors that will control your MPG's.

Had to translate from metric, and it is very cold here for start ups. And I am always cutting in snow, 15.3 mpg with 225/75/16 wheels for my 3.8 2door 6sp.

My traction control light and my esp/bas light came on while driving and the OBD2 scanner just came in and the code for steering angle sensor and tire revolutions range. any thought on what that could be?

Good news, the OBD2 scanner came in and I put in the tire size and I'm now getting around 15.5 mpg (just driving around for a day)

Sounds like wheel speed sensor.

My transmission shifts better now and i can now get to higher speeds again and keep the speed better. My steering wheel is center while driving straight, but if I turn my steering wheel from one direction to another there is a little "lag" or "slop", I believe it is with my pitman arm. I put in a new draglink when I did the lift kit but that was mid-summer and it's been driving fine with no codes.

The slop in your steering could set off the traction control light because the Computer thinks the Jeep is in trouble if the steering wheel moves back and forth to quick.

I looked at my front end while someone was turning my wheel and it looks like there is play where the pitman arm connects to the steering box, would this be the problem to both problems?

You mean where the splined shaft is at the bottom of the steering box? If there is play there check the nut on the bottom to see if it's tight. That's the only time i've ever seen play there, most of the time they are stuck on real good and a PIA to remove without a puller.
