2018 JK plastic bumper help

While parked at my dad’s retirement community, it looks like someone backed into our front bumper.
Any suggestions ?

Can this be fixed ?
Do I need to purchase a replacement plastic part ?
How difficult is it to remove the plastic cover ?

You can try and pop it out with a heat gun or just leave it.

You should be able to remove the bumper and then remove a metal piece to access the plastic part, or you can drill a small hole and use a screw driver or allen wrench to pull I back out. That's what I did on our rear bumper.
