2016 JK Unlimited wheel speed sensor not working

I have a 2016 Jeep Sahara unlimited. I replaced the rear axle with new wheel bearing and seal. The speed sensor and abs light stayed on that led me to discover I was leaking axle gear oil. After replacing I have changed out speed sensor 3 times and cleaned axle around the teeth that are on axle and match to sensor, also check for power at connector and I have 12 volts. Any ideas?

Did you use the same Brand of a Sensor each time, was it a OEM.

I did swap left and right sensors and also bought two new, but I don’t believe they are oem

I would try OEM and see what happens. Even though you tested and have voltage are you sure the connections are making contact and none of them bent or anything? Is it snapped in all the way?

Yes. I have made sure the connection is good. I will check it again. I will also swap back left and right.
