Yes actually the pin goes thru a hole in the bumper and is actually mounted to the frame

The pivot is worn out on my tire carrier. Smittybilt wants 250 for the hardware kit that has all the nuts and bolts and bushings in it. Any thoughts on repairing this one or maybe a better one. I am not sure this kit will repair the problem and might end up rebuilding the whole carrier! Thanks...
