So you need a custom built engine to make it worthwhile? Yeah I just have a 2008 regular stock engine. It sounds like a nice clean filter and keeping that way is the way to go. Is that what you mean by free flowing?

And with the new horsepower do you put more strain on an engine? I thought it was also for better gas mileage. Do people find it helps that? Because I've had people say that it doesn't help

Hey everyone. Thinking of changing my air filter and I see there are quite a few options ranging in price. Was curious to know which ones you have all used and if it's worth spending 25 bucks vs 10 and if I should not waste my money on the slightly more expensive options. Happy bew year!

got a good update from last monday! We got the bolt out, (ended up using a pick tool) we had to rethread the hole because I had stripped the threads as I missed the hole. A lot of lessons learned here though. Had to learn the different "feel" of bolts and how to work with them, be patient...

Check this pic out. Was literally just finishing tightening bolts to 105 inch lbs and one broke. Tried all afternoon to get it out. Lost.
