2010 JKU will not shut off when the key is removed from the ignition

Try spraying dry graphite powder into the tumbler to lubricate it. It might take a few times to lube everything. I had an old 84 Honda Prelude that would not shut off with the key. I used graphite powder you use for your homes door knob key hole and sprayed it in the tumbler. I wiggled the key...

What did you do to your JK today?

Installed the Auxbeam RGB AS-R40 switch panel. Wanted to install my Gatekeeper steering light mounts but didn't want to install another wire harness kit. Ripped out all my old wiring to the other lights and hooked them up to the switch panel. Wish I would of done this sooner. Didn't get to...

    Newbie wanting to buy

Was it originally from NJ? Like @WSS said the underside looks good rust wise. You can take the hardtop off or just the freedom panels if you don't have room for the whole top. Miles are high so guessing mostly if not all are highway mikes. How does the inside look? $13,000 isn't a bad price even...

    Axle Breather Tubes

If memory serves me right, I think I replaced my breather hoses with 3/8" rubber fuel line. I ran the front into the engine bay and mounted on the firewall. The rear I ran up and behind the taillight.

Has anyone had problems with the aluminum oil cooler when replacing theirs?

Does yo mamma's house allow you to spend a certain amount of money to show you tried to fix the issue(s) and give you a pass for the emissions testing? They do that here in PA.

Has anyone had problems with the aluminum oil cooler when replacing theirs?

Yeah. The oil temp sensor crapped out 2 weeks later and threw a check engine light.

Has anyone had problems with the aluminum oil cooler when replacing theirs?

I got the same. Doorman was on backorder when I needed 1. I do recommend if your OEM sensors still works, use it.

    Aftermarket lights and switches

You could always move your Midland over to the passenger side of the center and mount the switch where your Midland was?

Has anyone had problems with the aluminum oil cooler when replacing theirs?

Looks like the molding process to me. Mine had similar casting marks on it. No issues after 20k miles, "knock on wood".

In between unboxing donations for my Go Topless Day event and work, I did find some time to give my faded plastic some attention. I tried something new. Got it from Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SHJVK4G?tag=wranglerorg-20 Here's some before and after pictures. We'll see how it holds up!

    $1000 later, squeak still there

Did anyone replace your u-joints on the drive shalf? I see you replaced them on both sides. Assuming youre talking about the front axle? I had a problem with a grind/squeak last year. Found out my needle bearings in the cap of 1 of the u-joints on the rear of my drive shaft was wasted. My buddy...
