You just download JScan, and purchase however many VIN licenses you want. They're cheap. There's a list of recommended OBDII dongles on the JScan site. Buy one. All told, JScan and the dongle are well under $100.

Step 1: lose the steering dampers. All they do is mask problems. Then start checking to see what is worn or loose. How much play is there in the steering wheel? Now check that for everything else in the steering and suspension, not just the wheels.

An excellent alternative to spray paint is spray on bed liner. It's super durable and the texture will mask small irregularities in your spray job.

You can rattle can pretty much anything, as long as your expectations for the finished product are reasonable.

If you're talking about the Wolfbox smart mirror, add my vote. I've got one in each Wrangler, and I'm going to put one in the Vette.

I operate on the assumption that if people are coming here to ask how to do something, it's because they want to do that thing. And changing a heater core doesn't require anything other than simple basic hand tools.

So... change it yourself.

Expensive? You can get a heater core from Amazon starting at like $30.

Raise the nose of the Jeep. Even just pulling up onto one of those wheel stops in a parking lot or a curb will work. Take the cap off the radiator. Start the engine. Turn the heater on at it's highest setting so the coolant is going through the heater core. Let the engine get up to temperature...

Never heard of such a thing. Which means either this is your million dollar idea, or you're the only person who thinks it's needed. It wouldn't be difficult to make one, and the fact that nobody does makes me lean towards the latter possibility as the more likely.

If the hoses were leaking, it would almost certainly be in the engine compartment, not passenger. When you replace the core, it makes absolutely no sense to not go ahead and replace the cheap rubber hoses.
