I plan on replacing the thermostat housing on my wife’s JKU. Does anyone know if there is a drain plug on the engine block? The TJ (4.0) has a drain plug and when removed a fair amount of additional coolant drains out. I’d like to get as much of the old coolant drained as possible.

Thanks. I made a recommendation to her to have them changed (means I do it, she buys the parts). No action on her end. Have five jeeps and a Gladiator in the family. I make recommendations and do most of the work. Part buying is up to them.

We have the AEV lift on one JK and two JKU’s and have been very happy with it. Ride is better than the stock setup. My daughter’s JK is all stock except for the lift and the 35” tires.
