North Carolina 2018 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara for Sale…must see

Just being realistic....you'll need to lower your price. I can go into a local dealer and order a JL Rubicon for that price. Let alone a JK Sahara. You never get your money back on mods. Just saying...

    Is it worth it?

I had heard that it was 60k miles, but just read the owners manual and it says 120k. So maybe ill wait for the middle point of those two. 🤔 Note: this is for the automatic.

    Is it worth it?

Its looking like its about time to replace the trans fluid in my rig. Typically I do all work to my vehicles myself, but I am wondering if the headache/cost (I would need to buy something like this as I don't want the mess while doing it in the parking lot of my apartment. Plus the gasket and...

    2015 Wrangler 2D Rust Opinion

As everyone else has said, surface rust. Just wait until you can do it yourself. Its not going to hurt anything in the mean time.

    can my baby be saved?

Based on the panel gaps (the hood and fenders), i was thinking the same. Hopefully not the case.

    Genright vs PS aluminum fenders

Here is a picture of the PS standard just for reference.

    Genright vs PS aluminum fenders

I own the PS and can tell you the quality isn't lacking at all. I know genright is a amazing product as well, but I will speak to the PS and someone else can chime in about the Genright. These things are stout. The bracketry that comes with it is amazing, I looked and couldn't tell if GR came...

    Light Bar Guidance

You know which doesnt make noise....😏 the KC Pro 6 (from what I have heard). I'm about to order some of theirs. Pricey, but totally worth in in the long run. I think the curved vs the straight has to do with the spread btw. The curved may be marketed as a wider beam to act as a flood, but I...

What did you do to your JK today?

I personally wouldn't get them. I surprisingly like the look of the factory bumps on my hood. If i had a flat hood I might go with the JL bumps though.

What did you do to your JK today?

If you wanna go the super fancy route, they make these. https://vectoroffroad.com/products/ufos My bumps are useless anyway based on my hood design.

Left Turn and Engine sputter until you straighten out

Welcome to new age vehicles. 😂😂

Left Turn and Engine sputter until you straighten out

I agree with @BLACKJKU I will also say, I had a wheel speed sensor go out recently and it would feel like the power would cut because the traction control was flickering on and off when trying to make turns (for me it was only up until about 10mph and making sharp turns). Maybe this is what...

What did you do to your JK today?

These are actually the Rugged Ridge Jesse Spade rims, but they do look similar to the Black Rhino Arches series. I have thought about when the overland build is complete I may get some new rims, but I know I will get tons of rock rash like these have 😂 I did the stubby look for a little bit...

What did you do to your JK today?

No lift. The recons came with a half inch higher suspension than other rubicon’s so with the high fenders I can fit 35s stock 😎 however, when it’s time for new tires I think I may go with a AEV kit and do 37s.

What did you do to your JK today?

Got the rear fender flares put on this weekend. Now just waiting for the roof rack to come in to really pull the build together and have more space (on month 8 of waiting, but who’s counting right? 😅)

    Tips for installing hood Louvers

I have not done the hood louvers, but I did install the AEV snorkel. You can just use a regular angle grinder with a cutoff wheel. I used a Dremel tool because I wanted to be as precise as possible and not have any stray cuts or something like that. I think those hood louvers give some grace though.

2015 Jeep Compass Brake Pads & Rotors

I would say it depends on how long you have needed brakes. If you are just now hearing a squeaking you should be fine. Brake pads have a built in wear indicator that squeaks when they are getting low. However, if you run them too long it can cause uneven rotor wear and gouges in the rotor and...

    Bigger tires

It depends a lot on what Jeep you have. Engine, Gearing, Transmission. There is a lot that goes into it. I looked up the tries and they are a E rated tire so the right is going to be more harsh.

How to use a JScan tool

You will buy a license and that one will work for your jeep vin only, but you can buy additional licenses as well. When you open the app, you will see a gear icon on the top right. Click that and go to Manage Licenses & Account. From there you can buy a license or add one. The demo feature is...
