Went for a drive and came home to a hot wheel and smoking brake pads. I’m guessing stuck caliper. Too dark to take her apart right now. If it is should I go OEM or get a duralast from auto zone?

Did not get pics from underneath ( spent enough time on my back). But got the 7 pin wiring harness and brake controller installed. The mopar wiring harness is actually heat shielded so that was nice. Just zip tied the 20 amp inline to the wire. Didn’t want to drill holes under the hood.

I went with Bedtred instead but I’m sure Bedrug is of the same quality.

Did the passenger side fit with out modifications ? Reviews are saying some cutting was needed .

Did you run it into a 20 amp inline breaker or just trust the built in protection?

I dread tapping into my brake wire for my brake controller next week. Not sure my back bends like that anymore.

Fully loaded up for tent camping ( I know different animal) we were at around 550lbs without the hitch weight. I’m not a big guy. 6’1 175. Lol . I will look into airbags. Won’t be using fresh water tank. Wasn’t planning on getting trailer weight over 1700 with whatever goodies can be stuffed...
