How can I get rid of a B1B02 airbag code?

The air bag system is tough to diagnose, the code only provide general location or location of error. Since you are pretty sure the harness connector is damaged I would work to repair that first. I know you are looking to do so, I can't offer any help there. This may be a dealer item to...

How can I get rid of a B1B02 airbag code?

Did you put the seat back in, if not the the system is getting an error from the missing seat sensor. If you removed the the seat and replaced it with the battery connected you may need to have the air bag error cleared because it picked up a break in the system.

Power Wheels Wrangler sticker—what does this mean?

Well they do make a Power Wheels Wrangler for children that they can motor around the yard in. You know those battery powered things. Maybe the PO was just referring to his jeep as his big toy.

    Heat not working

Yes, air in the system can cause a no heat issue. As mentioned above put your Jeep on ramps or facing up hill and use a filler kit, allowing the motor to run about 30 minutes while adding coolant. I used the following filler kit to remove air from my sons car...

    Heat not working

I had this happen on a Frontier, it happen to be the coolant level. I know you said the heater hoses where hot, did you check the coolant level in the radiator and recovery tank? Other then that it sounds like a clogged heater core. You can try taking off the hoses to the heater core and...

Yes, another oil question (thinking about switching from 5w20 to 5w30)

Was Was it white, my first car was a Comet also early '60s, 4 door, great radio😏. I traded it for a '59 Ford convertible.

Yes, another oil question (thinking about switching from 5w20 to 5w30)

Again you make a good point referring to changing the filter more often then the oil in some cases. While looking at oil filters I noticed some are rated for 5k miles, others 7k, and some 10k miles and more. Knowing this along with the oil type and weight, how I drive, and where I live does...

Yes, another oil question (thinking about switching from 5w20 to 5w30)

I have no doubt you are correct, however, another factor I should have shared is that it is close to a year when I do reach the 3k mile mark.

Yes, another oil question (thinking about switching from 5w20 to 5w30)

From the responses I received it seems that the main reason that 5w20 is recommended is primarily for gas mileage. The other factor being the over all gain in engine protection is an unknown with 5w30. Given that I change my oil at 3k mile intervals I'm going to stay with the recommended...

Yes, another oil question (thinking about switching from 5w20 to 5w30)

Okay, I will keep that in mind as the mileage goes up on my JK. I do want to keep the motor running well for many more years.

Yes, another oil question (thinking about switching from 5w20 to 5w30)

Okay, kind of what I was thinking. Living in the North East I don't think 5w30 will offer additional protection for my engine. Thanks for the reply.

Yes, another oil question (thinking about switching from 5w20 to 5w30)

I have a '14 Sahara with just over 61K miles on it and have been thinking about switching from 5w20 to 5w30. I use full synthetic oil, not sure how that would affect the switch in oil viscosity. I have heard of others doing this and I'm just trying to get a better understanding as to the...

    Good money for poor quality

Got it! Yep, the credit was added to my account, just had to be patient. Now I need to decide what I want to order for my JK Sahara, of course I will spend more then the credit amount. :)

Do any companies buy used brake calipers?

I'm surprised you didn't have a core charge when you purchased the new ones. I have always had to return them to get my core charge refund.

Thoughts and recommendations on painting wheels?

You may want to look into plastic wheel covers. I know it may sound a bit cheesy, however I happen to see a JK with black wheels, thought they looked pretty nice, when I asked about them I was told they were plastic covers. I was very surprised on how nice they look.
