I need some help guys, we have a 2011 70th anniversary wrangler, the heat is not working. Ive replaced the thermostat, the heater core hoses are hot. I took off the blend door actuator and manually put the blend door on hot incase that was the issue and still nothing. Blower works and blows strong just no heat. I've been messing with it for a week now and its getting colder, gonna be 25 tonight and no heat

I had this happen on a Frontier, it happen to be the coolant level. I know you said the heater hoses where hot, did you check the coolant level in the radiator and recovery tank? Other then that it sounds like a clogged heater core. You can try taking off the hoses to the heater core and check to see if you have any flow through it.

Did you get all the air out when you had the cooling system opened up. A air pocket will cause that problem sometimes.

Fluid levels where good. I heard maybe air in the system but idk how that would happen

Air pockets don't always get pushed out when you have the system opened up and refilling. You need to have the front of the vehicle up high so the air will go that way when refilling.

Hope you get your heating problem resolved. It is 10F here right now and dropping. I pay the dealership for my coolant changes. Just too messy in my driveway, and we have many visiting doggies.
